Technical data

The Wallberg cable car is a dual-cable, continuously circulating aerial tramway with 50 four-seater gondolas that takes you up Wallberg mountain in just 10 minutes at a speed of 3.5 meters per second. It covers a distance of two kilometers with an elevation gain of 825 meters. The cable car can transport approximately 550 persons per hour.

At the end of both the winter and summer seasons, the cable car is closed down for several weeks for inspection. You can find the exact dates of these closings on our website.
