Paragliding

Wallberg mountain, with its normally outstanding thermal lift and spectacular mountain panorama, is an Eldorado for paragliding and hang-gliding enthusiasts.

Native golden eagles often accompany their colorful - yet unfeathered - brethren on their flights.

For those unable or unwilling to launch themselves into flight can get a good idea of just how fascinating this sport can be from directly below the top station, where they have a great view of the launching site and the paragliders in flight.
